No, the problem is that you seem to have been mixing installation
methods.
If you want to install from the network, you should _not_ use the
cd-drivers floppy, but only the net-drivers floppy. The ide-drivers
needed to access your HD will be automatically loaded from the
network later. Using the cd-drivers floppy makes the installation
system look for an installation CD to load additional installer
components from (instead of from the network), so the name of that
floppy is correct.
