I need the log files from the installer. If you managed to complete the installation, these are in /var/log/debian-installer/syslog and /var/log/debian-install/messages on the installed system. If you cannot complete the installation, there is an item on the installer menu to copy /var/log/syslog and /var/log/messages to a floppy. -- see shy jo
