Bug#249355: cpqarray module is not loaded during install (before partitioning) despite being recognized correctly

According to the log, the first hardware detection pass was done with
discover version 1, and this found your controller, but of course the
module was not yet available. Then modules were loaded from the network,
and apparently discover version 2 was also downloaded at this time, so
the second hardware detection run used its less complete database, and
failed to notice your cqparray controller.

This seems to be a bug in:

 - discover-data-udeb for not having data for this controller
 - anna for loading discover (ver 2) even though a package that already
provides that (discover1-udeb) is already installed. Or possibly this
   is really a libdebian-installer bug.

I've cloned and reassiged the bug appropriatly.
