Of course.  Its on the top-level, not in the subarch subdirs.  Doesn't
vary for subarches or flavors.  If base varied, it would be a
different arch, not a different subarch.

Organization and conceptualization, for instance:

    /* {dir_arch/}{images-size/}{flavor/}rescue.bin */
    /* {dir_arch/}{flavor/}drivers.tgz */

Generally, subarches are different literal machine types, and often
these machine types can be determined automatically from parsing
/proc/cpuinfo and /proc/hardware (see dbootstrap's
main.c:get_subarch_name()) whereas flavors are just different
compilation option kernels.
