Cool, thanks for the quick response. Now when looking at it I think we
could possibly be more specific when the text says:
Debian package in contrib/non-free
As we know from the license formerly we exactly know whether a package
is in contrib or non-free.
The diff looks shorter now which is good - I wonder if we changes like
suggested above delay and put on todo list since it would increase the
diff again due to our enhancement.
I spotted some other non-issue:

Seems the debtags are duplicated in numerous cases but not always. This
is from bio-dev package bioperl.
