Not always a good idea: people might have ~bpo* versions in local
repositories, maybe for testing, maybe for more sinister purposes,
that never (or not _yet_) get uploaded. If such a thing happens,
it must only happen once the package was uploaded to bp.d.o archives.

Sometimes they [people] care too much: pretty printers [and syntax highligh-

detail in the program, which is as sensible as putting all the prepositions
