After updating the system firmware using the stuff from the AS1200 directory
on the update CD the machine totally refuses to talk to the G450 (not SRM,
not 80x25 VGA, not X, didn't try AlphaBIOS). The original Millennium (with
2Mb add on memory card) works perfectly though.
I'll be looking into updating the BIOS on the G450 when I have time.
