RH 7.2 for Alpha CD#1 has a bootable floppy image in /images/generic.img.

"dd" it to a floppy, and also the ramdisk.img in the same place, then boot
the "generic.img" one via:

	>>> boot dva0 -fl 3

placing the "ramdisk.,img" one in the floppy driver when the kernel asks
for it.

Of course, that's assuming that even the RH kernel gets that far... ;-}

Oh, BTW, a "show config" log from SRM serial console would also be a great
help in determining just what you've got for hardware...
