I don't think it's packaged, but there's no reason it couldn't be.

I've only used HPs diskless.  I don't know of any model that was fitted with 
an IDE interface, though maybe they do exist.  The machines I have here don't 
have SCSI either, only HPIB, and I don't have any HPIB disks.
