This is wrong, because we will have more people around that the people
that are registered for food. If we do what you are suggesting,
people that have paid for food might get no food.

No, this is not what I meant. I meant re-selling the tickets to:
1) Reduce food waste
2) Allow external people to eat with the attendees
3) Cover the loss of sponsored people not eating.

Indeed, but I think we would need this anyway.
