Sorry, I thought I did explain that in my previous mail. For people who
have already been rejected, I believe it would be too late, since they
probably have too low a threshold.

The additional budget request was only to cover people who have had a
score of 3 and above, I don't think they have received an official
notification on their bursary application yet.

Nicolas, could you please shed some light on that for all of us?
