Hi,
We would like to update the list of budgets.
The major changes are the following:
* Increase the budget for bursaries from 60,000 USD to 70,000 USD
* Day trip budget increase from 500 USD to 6,558.48 USD:
We found some of the funds from MEET TAIWAN and NCHC are specified for day trip only. If we don't spend them we lose them.
* Food budget uses more realistic number from registration system.
(63,200 USD to 56,953 USD)
* Increase swags estimation from 350 people to 420 people.
* Update sponsorship funds
* Add NCHC into income factor
* We will also sell used bed sets to students, so we are factoring this
in. (We can remove this if this is inappropriate)
