As we will have the whole Le Camp, we can have it everywhere we like. If
the weather is good, the best option is to have it outside. There is
plenty of space and we just have to organize some tables.

If it rains I'm not sure the bar will really fit everyone. This is less
of a problem on the other days as people can just buy something at the
bar and go somewhere else. Another option is to have the party in the
dining room in this case. IMO that's the better option.

They are aware that there will be a C&W party and never mentioned
anything about a "droit de bouchon". The contract also only mentions
that we will share part of the profit. So if there is no profit, there
is not "doit de bouchon".

There are enough fridges at our dispositon during DebConf so that this
should not be an issue. I'm not sure if the bar will already have a
refrigerated trailer during DebCamp. How much space do you estimate for
the DebCamp week? I'm sure we'll find a solution here.

I also noticed that this is not yet scheduled. If you want an early day,
Monday and Tuesday are still free, Wednesday is the Daytrip and Sunday
is probably too early. I don't see any obvious reasons why Monday should be
better than Tuesday (or the other way around). Which day would you
prefer?
