[Debconf-team] Time to start thinking about Cheese and Wine party...
The Subject says it all, I guess....
It's probably time to start thinking about Debconf C&W event and its
practical aspects.
First of all, has the team settled on the location in Le Camp where it
can be handled. From what I read, it seems that Le Bar is fine but
that probably needs coordination with the Bar Team.
What about Le Camp management stance on the party. Particularly as it
involves bringing ${beverages} in there and they might be asking for a
"droit de bouchon" over it.
Another important point is the storage area. Debconf participants will
be bringing a fair amount of cheese, some starting on Tuesday 6th. So
we need to find a good place to store that material, preferrably a
cold area. Beware that the usual amount is know to be able to
completely fill in a standard domestic fridge....
Finally, do we have visibility about the scheduled time and day? I
usually suggest Monday or Tuesday (so, earyl Debconf days) for obvious
sanity reasons..:-)
