As far as I know, LeCamp in *not* being decided upon. It *was* decided upon in the decision meeting vote for the venue of Debconf 13 long time ago. And it stays that way until Debconf chairs explicitly decide the LeCamp is not suitable for Debconf 13. As far as I know, that has not happened.

If you want to prepare another bid for another Debconf, you are very welcome to try, just don't go on spreading uncertainty about LeCamp that does not exist and disparage people in the process.

There are always few people unhappy with the chosen venue. The fact that this year the unhappy few happen to be particularly loud, persistent and choose to ignore the opinions and work of other people should not be a reason enough to abandon the procedure, suddenly change the venue and risk the whole event in the process.
