That's what we are trying decide AFAIK, who's going to be in all of
this? I originally planned for it to be DIVA and SPI, but now there's
apparently a problem with how should DIVA be given trust in Debian,
permanent or temporary?

Of course they would/will, I'll have them sign contract as soon as we
have negotiated the final price with the hotel/s.

Well it doesn't sound like a minor detail right now if we're going to
instead of placing all the attendees to hotels, put half in hotel and
half to dorms.

My exact question is that I wanted to start collecting money from
everybody, in name of Debian but calling from DIVA, apparently this
represents a problem. So instead of collecting "global" money I'll
start by collecting it on the regional level.
