What makes it hard is that it is never finished - We allowed talks to
be scheduled basically even at the last minute (modulo video
coverage). There are always requests of people to move sessions,
specially smaller, BoF or other ad-hoc sessions. DebCamp work sessions
are essentially different than DebConf ones, but also deserve being
scheduled. We have people arriving and leaving at different points of
the conference, so some talks have to be rearranged accordingly.

So, it's not _that_ difficult, but it is laborious.

I guess that splitting conference/unconference can help us give more
seriousness to conference, and limit the mess to unconference.
