I understand what you mean, It was just a suggestion (I hate to offer
criticism without at least suggesting something) and appreciate that the
issue has been taken care of so fast. I think the text links look good
(sorry, I don't like the bubbles or javascript).

None that I am aware of. I am 100% UTF8 nowadays, but I wonder if it
would be a problem for people that are not.

Good point!
Thanks to all that were open-minded enough to give this small issue the
attention it deserved. (It's, after all, little details, like giving
vegetarians their green food, the girls the small sized tshirts, and not
using the wrong symbols for languages, that make Debconf kick ass!)
