he wants people to do. The expectation alone decreases my comfort level,
even if it's not a "rule" in the hard meaning.
Rule as in rule of a game you can play. It can be read both ways tbh. Its in the eye of the beholder
The context here is debian, which strifes on a daily bases to become as inclusive as possible. After a while not sure how can anybody read that as being meant to be enforced, much less coming from the DPL
