Please note that this topic came up because Banja Luka has a smallish
airport, with few international flights arriving to it. For Nicaragua,
although it does not have that many routes, there _is_ a large and
well-connected international airport, and from my experience, most
travel search engines will give you good options to reach there, with
a (usually short) layover at either Panamá, Costa Rica, El Salvador or
Miami (depending on your origin). 

Of course, we will have other sources of stress next year. Just not
this particular topic ;-)
