I've been talking here in Helsinki with various people already and
brainstorming/discussing/drinking beer/whatever. I don't see what you'd
need to formalize this, in my opinion, talking and discussing issues
like that and any of the other stuff that concerns people is the *main*
purpose of a debconf event. At least for me it is the main reason to
attend, not because of the hacking I could do here, because I can hack
on stuff more comfortably at home.

Of course, there are not that many people here yet, but their count is
increasing. It's just a pity that a few of the key people are
unfortunately not able to attend.
