Yesterday I spoke to Ms Erica le Roux, IT & Facilities Manger of the Engineering Faculty. She didn't think there would be any problem getting approval from the faculty, but that the Senate approval would be most critical. The sooner we could decide on the venue and the dates and submit the forms [1], the better.
