NO: I wrote that graft points are directly related to ISO-9660 filenames.
Note that graft-points have been introduced in June 1997 at a time when
Eric Yougdale was the main Author of mkisofs.
Mkisofs still suffers from planning deficits from that time but I don't have
the time to rewrite something like mkisofs from scratsh.
