That's ridiculously high.  Perhaps you missed the part in this message
where I pointed that the GNU Emacs Manual would be regarded as DFSG-free
even under the 32k limit.

Is the FSF planning on including over 1,000 pages' worth of Invariant
Sections in a future manual?
