We are sourceforge-enabled.

We now have the entire CVS tree set up at sourceforge.net.  This will
make it much easier for people to contribute, check in missing
specification material, etc.

Stuart is in the process of setting things up so the specification
will automatically build from the SGML (in the CVS tree) and the
database.

Also, please coordinate with Stuart if you need to make a modification
in the LSB function/library tables (which are stored in a mysql
database).  Eventually, it should be possible for others to make
(approved) changes in the tables.
