Works well so far.
But there is currently a problem with the french and japanese translation
of ../Bugs/server-control and ../Bugs/server-refcard:

Using the entities for tags and severities makes it impossible to add such
translations in the brackets in between the list.
But that's probably not needed since there is additionl info about the
tags and severities available under
http://www.debian.org/Bugs/Developer#severities
and
http://www.debian.org/Bugs/Developer#tags
?
Otherwise it would be necessary, to make the bts_tags and bts_severities
entities translateble.
Comments?
(This currently only affects french and japanese.)
