Removal of foil stikers content from w.d.o/events/material
Hi,
I've just noticed that all the information regarding foil stickers was
removed 20 months ago from the events/material.wml file (diff here
[1]). This section was introduced as a direct answer to Bug#229668.
Could someone please explain (I'm CCing the committer too) why this
section was removed. The CVS log is just too terse ("Remove the foil
stickers section") and gives no indication as to why this was removed.
Even though the pointer to the foilstickers for printing
(http://people.debian.org/~seppy/foilstickers/) is no longer available
Foilstickers are, IMHO, a good material to have at booths, and they
are common in Debian Conferences (see [2] or [3]). I think we should
try to keep the information on how to produce them clearly describe in
the web page, for future event organisers.
