But I have no idea how to use arch.

If you can log into master, it's in /org/vote.debian.org/bin/
I think more (or all) comes from vote.stats

I think the files that are generated are:
*_quorum.*
*_results.*
*_tally.txt
*_majority.src
*_vote_detailed.*
*_vote.png
*_voters.txt
*_index.src

Which leaves:
*.wml
