Nope, I'm "only" a debian maintainer, not a developer. Could you make
it available somewhere (e.g. as a tar.bz2 archive)?

The files relevant for the translation (as far as I see) are 
vote_XXX_index.src vote_XXX_majority.src vote_XXX_quorum.src
vote_XXX_quorum.txt vote_XXX_results.src vote_XXX.wml
suppl_XXX_stats_detailed.wml suppl_XXX_stats.wml

If these files are soly used for the web page then the patch is
probably rather easy, but I'd like to get the opinion from debian-www
if you don't mind they are much more fluent with i18n/wml than me (and
probably did similar conversions in the past for other parts of the
web pages).
