Thank you Manoj. Patches applied using smart_change
so all translations up-to-date should benefit from the change
(if I didn't broken anything). Hopefully we can see the new
URL in less than three hours, after the next build-often.

Ok, I also applied it for social_contract.1.0.wml
and social_contract.1.1.wml, of course, using smart_change.
