This code should be sufficient for the print css:

print.css

> h1 { text-align: center; }
>
> #header {
>     display: none;
> }
>
> #leftcol {
>     display: none;
> }
>

> }

also these lines should be added to the main css:

<link rel="stylesheet"
type="text/css"
media="print" href="" />

I tested it and seems to be working correctly.
If someone could double check, it would be great.
