Josip already addressed my main comment, which is to use
devel/nmadmin/index.wml instead of devel/newmaint.wml
for the main page.
If you need to use a cgi script, they can be added to
/debian2/web/cgi.debian.org/cgi-bin on master. Tell
me if you wish to do this and I'll add you to the
debwww group so you can write to that dir. Please
be mindful of security when writing cgi scripts.
