Sorry, meant to give you links. A (partial) report of an applicant is sent by their AM to debian-newmaint, and once the new maintainer gets their account they're part of a periodic post to debian-project. Check for subject lines of "AM Report for" for the former, and "New Maintainers" for the latter (http://lists.debian.org/debian-project/2004/08/msg00015.html is a recent example of this). - Matt
