Mark Paulus is currently working on a complete base system,
without a place in the debian archive we can do little work
in compiling packages.. but i don't know what can be done
on the diplomatic field to obtain such place.

Indeed, Mark is creating base packages using the dpkg-dev
binaries using his working dpkg.
