I really like Matthias's title.

I'd like to take a crack at folding Matthias's title and more emphasis
that systemd is more than just an init system into choice 3.

I don't know that we need all the verbosity of Matthias's text, but I
like how it read and I'd like to see if we can take advantages of the
work Alex and matthias did.
