I've already changed your proposal to his amendement A, changing
from 3 to 2 proposals. And I think you just said the same thing
here.
But this was about you saying:

I understood that this was about his original amendement B, since
that is that one requiring a GR, and it was your text was below
his quoted version of that, and Neil accepted that.

His first amendement doesn't exist anymore, since that's now your
proposal. I guess that why he asked on how to do this and I
