Could we all please stop this?  I feel that this slowly turns into a
feud between nobody knows which groups and is eating up Debian and the
fun to work on it.  It is going to harm Debian, and also the current
release process..

I have not seen an explanation by the DPL why he withdrew the policy
delegation.  But even if I had, I don't think it would change much.

Anthony, I ask you as the DPL, please delay that decision yourself, thus
making this "stupid" voting process unnecessary.
