	I reject the thesis that the vote had a misleading title. And,
 anyway, you are supposed to be voting for the substance, not the
 title, of the changes.  If you did not care to read the RFD, or any
 of the three CFV's that went out, perhaps you should try and take
 responsibility for your own vote (or lack thereof), rather than
 trying excuses and trying to pin the blame on anything and everything
 that moves? "Waaah. My dog ate my vote".
