I'd also like to see apt (and other access tools as well) to change
their default setting so non-free and contrib is only mentioned in a
comment and the user has to include it.  Currently it's the other way
round, the user has to decide to skip them.

Thus would enable RMS to point to debian.gnu.org (or free.debian.org
or whatever).  It would still mean that either he has to rebuild apt
to user debian.gnu.org as default host instead of ftp.debian.org or
we need to change something.  Not sure how to get around this.
