Wait. This is not true. You are free to set up a mirror at
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/debian where non-free and contrib are left
aside. The same applies for the OfficialCD, the first two CDs
only contain main, which is the official Debian distribution.
I would be glad if you would provide such a mirror.
