Unfortunately the current US regime has a habit of retaliating against
any entity trying to litigate & regulate US big company's abuses…
(Recently Trump threatened a 100% tariff if the EU effectively fines
companies that e.g. use slave or child labour, or commit serious
crimes against nature.)
