If a mailing list doesn't rewrite the MAIL FROM, SPF will fail and bounces (IIRC if subscribers have full inbox, deleted addresses etc.) will go to the original sender of the message.
This mailing list does rewrite the envelope from, but the DMARC reports I receive after posting here -- from providers both big (gmail, outlook, hotmail) and small -- still universally report SPF failures.
I did not receive such reports after posting on postfix-users, but mail from that mailing list breaks DKIM due to the list rewriting the message from. They do use ARC though which I'm not familiar with, so the fault in that case is probably with my setup being out of date with best practices.
Out of curiosity, your mail does not seem to contain a DKIM signature, how's your deliverability?
