Seems pretty obvious to me. It was a false claim all along.
They actually did:
lap1$ ssh lap2
lap2$ hibernate.sh
But they SAID they did:
lap1$ ssh lap2 hibernate.sh
And now they know that these two things are not equivalent, so at least
there's one small victory today.
