Calibre's upstream site is calibre-book.com. The author's personal website is kovidgoyal.net.

While it's not mandatory, it's best practice for certain well-known email addresses to be accessible for each domain. Therefore you could try blasting an email to hostmaster@... webmaster@... and postmaster@... for each of those domains and hope that at least one of them reaches Mr Goyal.
