Ah, that it was, and yes, the "append" stuff is not shown, because
I have setuop in Lilo three startup methods (runlevel 2, 3 and 4)
but it is not shown in /proc/cmdline.
I have only
BOOT_IMAGE=Home ro root=802
So, there is something wrong with "append"
