The command is all on one line without the "\"s and "myprinter" can be
what you want. 'lpstat -t' should show the queue installed.
lpadmin -d myprinter
will set myprinter as the default destination.

still not printing? The commands went through fine and it shows up on the printer list but it is not printing.
