Add background image

Hello,

I try to add a background-image for the Gnome desktop of Jessie, but I
cannot find where those files are located, or how I can add an image to
the list.

I've tried to add it to /usr/share/wallpapers/ and
/usr/share/backgrounds/gnome but I don't see them while choosing.

I want a background-image in the image for all PC's, and not in the
home-directories of de users, because that's difficult to use as a default.
