Hm, actually, it's probably better to block the handling of the
lid-switch, power and suspend/hibernate keys.

Please try this:

systemd-inhibit
--what=handle-lid-switch:handle-power-key:handle-suspend-key:handle-hibernate-key
/bin/sleep 3600
