Be fair, that was part of his question, how best to obtain information
when web searches fail, and part of the answer is knowing how to bait
the hook. And as always, if he had this question, so may others, and it
is therefore appropriate to keep it all public. It can also be assumed
that private replies are generally not wanted, unless specifically
asked for.
You must also know that we all learn bits and pieces from casual
remarks dropped into a reply, even when we basically understand the
main topic. Nobody can know everything.
