But it is not  for Debian!, even if it works it doesn't mean that it is 
a good idea to inlcude ubuntu ppa-s into debian.

the official way seem to be java-package: 
https://wiki.debian.org/JavaPackage

I personally stick to rraptor: https://github.com/rraptorr/oracle-java7
